Shipping policy

This section explains how I-Perform.ai ("I-PERFORM.ai") handles shipping and delivery for the Customer ("Customer") within Lebanon.

Where We Ship

I-PERFORM.ai currently ships only within Lebanon. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Beirut and Mount Lebanon: 1–3 business days ;

• Other regions: 1–5 business days ;

I-Perform.ai ("I-PERFORM.ai") commits to delivery within up to 5 business days.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN ESTIMATE ONLY AND NOT A GUARANTEED TIMEFRAME,
as shipment handling is managed by third-party couriers beyond I-PERFORM.ai’s control.
Delivery times may vary due to location, public holidays, or courier conditions.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are a flat rate of $4 per order.
Occasionally, I-PERFORM.ai may offer free delivery promotions. The Customer may follow our social media or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

Order Issues or Delays

If the Customer’s package has not arrived or there are delivery issues, the Customer should contact I-PERFORM.ai at:

I-PERFORM.ai will assist the Customer in tracking the order and resolving any issues with the courier.

Order Tracking

Once the order ships, the Customer will get notified.

Order Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@i-perform.ai or via WhatsApp at (+961) 03 244 540.
Once the product has been delivered and received by you, the order can no longer be cancelled.
