Refund policy
This section explains how I-Perform.ai ("I-PERFORM.ai") handles defective, damaged, or incorrect products received by the Customer ("Customer").

Damages and Issues
The Customer should inspect their order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the Customer must contact I-PERFORM.ai within 48 hours of receiving the product so the issue can be resolved promptly.
Please note that all products are manually tested before shipping to ensure they are free from defects or deficiencies.
